
I successfully hosted our 1st barbeque last night at our new house and it was spectacular! My husband's employees and families arrived in the late afternoon and we spent the evening watching the sun set on the beach, while we put our new
Summit Platinum D6 grill to good use–a grill I highly recommend. I seared wild salmon I had purchased at my favorite fish market downtown and basted it in an apple-lemon-walnut sauce. My recipe was a huge hit–all of our guests adored it (and me, of course).
